FEES are charged the first of each month.

FEES  

SOLO'S or PRIVATE LESSONS

  • After registering students may discontinue at anytime. There is a Withdrawal form in your customer portal to fill out to let Accounting, the teacher and the office know.
  • Accounting counts the number of classes in the month and charges your account on the 1st.
  • Music Private lessons will continue September-end of August, unless the student fills out a withdrawal form online at least 1 week before the 1st of the month.
  • Charges are incurred September through August. The student can decide to discontinue at anytime.  Parents go to their customer portal and fill out a withdrawal form.
  • MUSIC PRIVATE LESSON MAKEUP: Students reserves a slot with a teacher. If the student misses, a courtesy 1 hour Repertory class will be offered every two-three months.
  • Emails will go out for you to sign up.
  • Please note that this is our only form of makeups(except for summer). Teachers and studio space is reserved only for you during your requested time.
  • SUMMER: Students are offered two makeups for vacations. Teachers will schedule this.
  • MUSIC And THEATER RECITALS: DECEMBER and JUNE RECITAL- Students are automatically opted in.  When the paperwork is sent out, a deadline is given to OPT OUT of the recital. TO OPT OUT go to your customer portal to the announcement page and fill out the form.  Any problems email info@PaPerformingArts.com  
  • OPTIONAL RECITAL INVESTMENTS: Tickets go on sale about 2 weeks prior to the show. Approximately 18.00 per ticket. A RECITAL FEE approximately 35.00 will be charged for recitals. Awards given at each recital to all participants. Trophies in June for Music and Theater Recitals.

Group Lessons

  • After registering students may discontinue at anytime. There is a Withdrawal form in your customer portal to fill out to let Accounting, the teacher and the office know.
  • Monthly fees are based on a 10 month program. Sept-June. Example: 72.00 X 10 Months= Tuition of 720.00
  • Charges are incurred September through June. The student can decide to discontinue at anytime.  Parents go to their customer portal and fill out a withdrawal form.
  • Summer sessions are offered but no charges will occure after the final class in June(see Calendar for the last class)
  • Students starting in the middle of the month will be pro rated.
  • Students may make up in a class that is age appropriate and level appropriate.
  • No makeups in production
  • The student must be enrolled to be offered a makeup.
  • Call the office or email to request a day/time to makeup at least two days before the class.
  • No Makeups for Advanced Dance Company Classes. Students may take a makeup for Technique if offered.
  • DANCE RECITALS: JUNE RECITAL ONLY- Students are automatically opted in.  When the paperwork is sent out, a deadline is given to OPT OUT of the recital. TO OPT OUT go to your customer portal to the announcement page and fill out the form.  Any problems email info@PaPerformingArts.com

  • OPTIONAL DANCE RECITAL INVESTMENTS: Tickets go on sale about 2 weeks prior to the show. Approximately 18.00 per ticket. A RECITAL FEE approximately 135.00.00 will be charged for recital fee for COSTUMES, RECITAL FEES. Awards given at each recital to all participants.

    • Adult Classes

    • Monthly fees include 3 classes and one free per month.
    • No Makeups for Adults.
    • Drop in Rate is noted on the Adult class page.

    SUMMER SESSIONS and PRODUCTIONS

    • After registering students may discontinue at anytime. There is a Withdrawal form in your customer portal to fill out to let Accounting, the teacher and the office know.
    • Sessions are charged by one lump sum for the entire session.
    • Productions are billed with three payments during the 10 week session. The first class, the first of the next two months.
    • There are no makeups offered for Sessions or Productions
    • Productions- Students are asked to put some costumes together as a base. Jazz Shoes are needed. WE have many costumes in our costume room that we provide for the productions.Tickets go on sale about 2 weeks prior to the show. Approximately 18.00 per ticket.
